Words of Thanks from Our Clients
“I would recommend Robert to anyone looking for an attorney with a wealth of knowledge and who can guide you through a difficult situation. I made the unfortunate decision to drive after drinking. Robert took the time to get to know my personal accomplishments and not just the crime I committed. Because of his commitment and professionalism, my charge was immediately reduced. Robert also has the respect of the courts. Regardless of how many people filled the court room, Robert was always the first case the judge called. The judge made personal recognition of Robert, which put me at great ease.”View More Client Testimonials

Double homicide - client charged with a motor vehicle violation causing 2 deaths. Case tried to jury and client acquitted on both counts.
DUI and DWI
Client arrested for DUI after allegedly driving through a stop light and then stopping at a flashing yellow at 1:30 a.m. Breath test results were .16/.17
This was a Personal Protection Order (PPO) placed against my client by a girlfriend who was trying to cover her tracks. The PPO hearing was so entertaining that court staff still mention it to me - the transcript is worth ordering. Most importantly, the PPO was dissolved by the court and my client's liberties were restored.
My client was accused of assault and battery by a neighbor lady who was a nightmare. At trial I successfully impeached that complaining witness, and my client was able to tell his side of what really happened to the jury. It took the jury all of 12 minutes to vote Not Guilty and acquit my client.
Construction and Development
Verdict for client
I represented a homeowner who was sued by a builder for unpaid bills. The house was improperly built and detailed examination revealed significant construction defects. I filed a counter-claim on behalf of my client against the builder. My client won the maximum amount of damages allowed for a case of this type in Michigan. The builders case against my client was 'no caused', meaning he lost.
