MEDIATION

Mr. Whims is a certified mediator both in general civil matters as well as domestic/family law matters.  He has mediated a wide variety of general civil matters from injury cases, to real estate matters, construction disputes, zoning disputes, and most everything in-between.  

Family law matters is also a common mediation that Mr. Whims conducts.  His mediations cover things such as custody and parenting time, child support, spousal support, as well as the division of assets in a divorce.
